Pros

- Good benefits (50% discount, good bonus system, a lot of 'heavily discounted' stock up for grabs) - For the most part, lovely work colleagues and work environment. It's like going to work with your best friends - Flexibility of work schedule - Fun, upbeat, constantly changing energy at work. If you like dealing with people and making them feel welcome and comfortable, this is perfect

Cons

- Absolutely no company structure, which leads to a lot of things slipping through the cracks or not being dealt with. There is no HR department, and no area management, which makes it more difficult to have any problems with managers dealt with effectively, and allows bad managers to keep working for a long time with no direct oversight. - Lots of in-work politics. In every shop there tends to be some people in there who makes waves and make everyone's lives a lot harder. Due to the lack of continuity of in-shop problem management (each shop is essentially autonomous and deals with these problems differently) these problems only tend to get worse with time.

Friendly overheads, comprehensive product training, forgiving scheduling.

Cons

Unrealistic individual sales targets, loud booming music sometimes makes it difficult to talk to customers without shouting
