Cons
- Always have to be *on* because of the store’s upbeat vibe (can be hard if you’ve got a lot of stress). - Company is VERY loud about their social and environmental activism, which can make it feel a bit performative. - Honestly just the normal issues that you get anywhere in retail: customers being rude, on your feet all day etc…
