You meet mostly great customers teamwork is what makes the team most staff are kind and helpful Lush pays London living wage

Cons

Supervisors are encouraged to monitor you and your sales tactic and also to tell you to approach customers, that is stressful cause you know you are being watched. Lush as a whole can sometimes feel a bit cult-like managers from store to store vary in management style so you're lucky if you end up in a more relaxed and easygoing store. Would never recommend for anyone to work on Oxford street.

At the time was the best paid job on the high street Nurtures internal development Fun work environment and great colleagues Lots of freebees and good staff discount Every person I met from head office was so incredibly nice

Cons

You feel annoying doing the job Not super considerate of people with neurodivergency who would prefer not to be spoken to in store Management change can really impact your role in store Glitter will haunt you
