      Wouldn't shut up about all the "good" they do but treat employees poorly

      Pros

      - 50% discount (and even then Lush still makes a profit) - Can take home broken items

      Cons

      - Coworkers who don't know what boundaries are - Manager who doesn't know how to do anything and retreats to office when help is needed - Micromanaging behaviors from management: watches you like a hawk and forces you to engage and reengage with customers that very obviously wants to be left alone - Pushes sales yet forces employee to borderline harass customers, causing them to walk out without buying anything. What's the logic? - Stands all day and can't sit. - Tasks above your pay grade being forced on you, disguised as a favor (cult much?)

      50% off product, mostly kind customers and diversity is expected.

      Cons

      Management are dismissive, floor leaders are disrespectful, expect to get fired or driven to quit from a lack of responsiveness. Managers get away with being abusive towards employees.
