The 50% staff discount was great but at christmas this became restricted to only allowed to use on our lunch and breaks during our shifts.

Really lovely company to work for. Take care of the staff and there are great opportunities for career progression. The job itself can be really fun, especially if you love the products. I've worked at multiple Lush's and the majority of management have been very nice and understanding.

Cons

It can sometimes be draining for an introvert to be constantly engaging in conversation with people.
