Pros

Product discount is 50% - that’s pretty much it.

Cons

Unless you’re Canadian don’t shoot for ever moving up. No matter how much work you put in it’s NEVER enough you have to continually prove your loyalty like you’re in a cult. They say don’t work from home but god FORBID you don’t answer an email or tick a task off in your day off you will get followed up with about why you’re slipping - but then they will low ball you on pay and say you’re asking for too much - even if it’s industry standard.

Cons

Lush is just growing to its full potential, you have to be able to roll with the punches through the growing pains... But Worth it
