Great people, awful structure. Overly exhausting job (Sheffield, Meadowhall)

Amazing 50% employee discount, good products you can be passionate about, mostly friendly atmosphere

Cons

Lack of organisation, management were undertrained and not able to mentor other employees well, part-timers felt like extra "bodies" with no real training or guidance just there to do jobs nobody else wanted to do (bins, tidying, cleaning etc.)

-Money (had to put 5 words but that’s the only pro I can think of)

Cons

-supervisors treat you as if your 12 and think of themselves as the queen -always breathing down your neck -use words like hun and lovelies to excuse themselves from being rude -clique environment -all have favourites and if your not one your screwed

Cons

Too many people telling you what to do Hard to separate work life from personal life. It becomes a 'Lush life' Company encourage work - life balance however fail to come up with how to achieve that
