Cons

Management can be rude and treat you like you're not doing anything despite working really hard. If you're a temp, you will find it hard to be accepted as part of the team

+ Generally a positive and friendly environment + Not commission-based + Allowed to break traditional retail rules by giving away freebies, spending lots of time one-on-one with customers, and providing samples + Very lax uniform code + Good ethics

Cons

- Encouraged to be very friendly towards customers which can be overwhelming for them and exhausting for us - Very limited dermatological training provided before being able to provide skincare consultations - Long periods of time on your feet
