A great company for free-spirited, eco-friendly types to find their niche. A very accepting company culture and invests as much into their employees as their products.

Cons

It can be difficult for some of the more shy or less passionate employees to fit into the company culture, you must be comfortable talking to people candidly and be alright with touching and being touched by strangers.

Pros

The discount is amazing (50% off most products) and the people are some of the nicest I've ever met. You learn a lot on the job and are encouraged to sample as much as possible. The ethics of the company are admirable.

Cons

You're on your feet for hours at a time so your feet, legs, and sometimes whole body can ache after a shift. Hours are sporadic and lunch is quite short. Pressure to push sales.
