Need to learn about key ingredients in products, how they work for different skin types and be able to present this knowledge on the spot to customers With a wide range of personalities, you may need to step out your comfort zone

Being on your feet all the time and getting rude customer but they are easy to deal with.

The care and communication of the staff are the best. When help is needed the company will do the best it can to solve the problem. The freedom compared to other shops is unparalleled. - good pay/staff perks. - good company transparency. - acceptance of all people. - ethical trading.

Cons

As the shops are usually high intensity, shifts are reduced to 4 hours to keep a high energy. There can be a problem with short 4 hour shifts as it takes a chunk out of the day. I think people would just prefer to work a longer shift and get paid for it. remembering product codes.
