      Pros

      They are the friendliest bunch of people to work for and it is like being a part of a big family! Get to sell great products! Outstanding Pay and Bonus! Freebies and Great Discount!

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons but if I had to be picky I would say that it is a very tiring job as it is non stop work.

      Pros

      Lots of great benefits, including a lot of free products, spa treatments, chances to travel (I was sent to Australia for a month to work). Great ethics and values you can believe in.

      Cons

      Work life balance can suffer as hours can be long and include out of hours parties, social media management, etc. Pay not great and feels like advancing with company requires even greater sacrifice of work/life balance.
