Pros

My experience at Lusha was truly good. The workplace culture was warm and inclusive, fostering a sense of belonging among employees. Team members were not just colleagues but became friends, always ready to lend support and encouragement. The company's dedication to employee well-being and professional growth was evident in every interaction. Unfortunately, I had to leave my position due to relocation to another area. Otherwise, I would have been happy to continue my journey with Lusha.

Cons

Although I felt at home there, it was clear to me that there was no opportunity for professional advancement in my role, which was disappointing considering my love for the company and its people.

Great place to work in.

Pros

Very good environment to work in. A lot of fun days and extra welfare activities for the employees. Management does see the employees as humans first and workers after. Great work life balance. Great salary.

Cons

Very young environment and dev is moving real fast as startup does( might be less suit for some of the older employees)
