Freedom that comes from the nature if the job. OK pay.

Cons

Very strick dress code. It's a technology company for heaven's sake. Some managers want to micromanage their employees to the point of dust ration. Employees move up based on tenure not potential.

Inbreeding, not open to new perspectives If not part of the inner circle, you will never advance even one level Management by consensus incredibly slow, cumbersome, inefficient
