      Great people, great opportunity to learn a ton as an entry level person. Management and HR can be frustrating.

      Opportunity to learn so much. Company allows you to try projects that might not be what your educated it. Allows for a broad learning experience and challenging work.

      Cons

      Very Top down driven company. Middle management not empowered to make decisions. Very inflexible work environment.. Lower than average pay, slow to promote and recognize top players.

      None whatsoever. the company has a lot of history.

      Cons

      Many engineers hired work less than a month after seeing how the company works. Outdated technology, horrible leaders, low wages, compensations are not good, work/life balance is off. If they need to produce on a sunday you must be there or get suspended and senior management does not come to work that day.
