Pros

Because of the the small company size, you have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility at every level and are given the support to make things successful. You can put your own spin in solutions and aren't restricted to the way it "should be done" which can be a good growth opportunity.

Cons

Growth paths are limited and promotions take too long. The raises are not very impactful, almost insulting sometimes. Career moves are typically about who you know and you're next role is sometimes decided without you in the conversation. Not a diverse company and doesn't really have corporate responsibility values in mind.
