Lutron Electronics reviews

I've been at Lutron for almost 5 years, and during that time have been constantly challenged to grow and tackle interesting problems inside and outside my area of expertise. As someone who abhors being bored, my summary of working here would be "if you're bored, you're doing it wrong." I've had a lot of fun here. A couple thoughts: - The people here are awesome thanks to a rigorous recruiting process - There are opportunities for you to rotate around and try many things - The place is a playground for engineers who want to build products - You will be given high levels of responsibility throughout your career

As many people have already commented, the people are the best thing about Lutron. I have never worked anywhere (nor do I believe I will ever work anywhere in the future) with as many smart, intelligent, and generally caring people who want to do good for the customer and the company.
