Pros

Plenty of chances to get a wide variety of experiences if you pursue them. Always changing and adapting so things never get boring. Up and coming management is very capable and promising.

Cons

Always trying to get too many things done at once. Lacking focus. Top management is not very well aligned with each other at times.

Pros

There are some wonderfully talented and kind people there, outside of leadership. There's also a free barista.

Cons

Moving to Lutron was the worst mistake of my career. The culture is toxic and cult-like. Unless you're an engineer, run the other direction. Outside of a few managers I worked with, there is no support from above. Their preference is to hire contractors - in my experience, they wouldn't last long.
