      - Experienced mentors with willingness to impart knowledge - Good people - Challenging work

      Cons

      - Poor pay for the level of work - Small raises - Will always acquire more responsibility if you’re good at your job (but will make minimal amounts more) - Work/Life balance is tough depending on your department - Management can be difficult spending on your department - Appreciation is minimal because everyone is engulfed in their own work

      wonderful team good management opportunity to grow

      Cons

      You will never make more than the people you help daily. third party Installers easily make 80k a year, and we start at 40k. the team is great, but making half as much as installers does not feel good.
