Pros

The company strategy depends heavily on bringing in new young talent to help keep costs down, so for an entry-level position, you will be given large amounts of responsibility. Due to ineffective or absentee direction, many individuals are forced to develop entire procedures on their own. The result is that some of the people that you meet will be very hardworking.

Cons

High rates of turnover and an old-fashioned corporate mindset hinder the company. If you are looking for perks like health club memberships or telecommute options, then you'll need to look elsewhere. A highly political atmosphere can create very toxic departments. Unfortunately the few voices in management that are truly forward thinking are usually drowned out by groupthink. Sacrifice for the company is heralded, and it's largely a one-way street. "Its a competitive environment and not for everyone" is often stated, yet the culture is based on physically being at your desk regardless of productivity. Slightly ironic. Niche industry, competition from both larger and smaller competitors has grown. Positive online reviews are strangely clustered in dates around each other; interesting phenomenon.
