      Great coworkers. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Engineers are put on a pedestal and everyone else is put on the back burner. Entire company is resistant to change. Unrealistic deadlines. Needs more employees.

      Look up Lutron's five principles and unlike most other companies they stick to their guidelines to ensure a great experience for the customer and the employee

      Cons

      Took a long time to hear back for an interview but they go through everything with a fine tooth comb. In the long run this is a good thing for having employees on the same playing field in many areas.
