      Good Benefits (but not great).

      Cons

      - Getting a promotion is like pulling teeth unless you are a favorite of higher ups. - Pay is at the low end of average for roles (per IRS findings) - Many (but not all) managers pay 0% attention to your work then blame you for not showing what you do. - My way or highway attitude from failed upward management. - HR claims they care about harassment but blatant harassment gets ignored. - Remote work not allowed for some people (but others in the same department can without problem) for no real reasons - This company used to be great to work for but has gone down hill.
