-Most managers are very flexible with needing days off even with short notice -Several employee perks like an on site gym and free snacks and drinks -Employee activities/clubs are well engaged with and welcoming

Cons

-Most departments are understaffed and many people do multiple jobs responsibilities under one job title -Managers can hold you back from advancing within the company and it can be hard to move departments -Everything is needed yesterday and people are constantly rushing to fulfill extremely tight deadlines

Cons

- Getting a promotion is like pulling teeth unless you are a favorite of higher ups. - Pay is at the low end of average for roles (per IRS findings) - Many (but not all) managers pay 0% attention to your work then blame you for not showing what you do. - My way or highway attitude from failed upward management. - HR claims they care about harassment but blatant harassment gets ignored. - Remote work not allowed for some people (but others in the same department can without problem) for no real reasons - This company used to be great to work for but has gone down hill.
