      Great training program, especially for interns.

      Cons

      Lots of products rushed to market and outsourced with lack of quality control. Company will say they've never laid off employees but they have. Higher turnover of employees.

      Pros

      Great family company with true roots in innovation. The family works at the company and you can feel how much they care. It is corporate but still feels like a small family company at times.

      Cons

      Lutron has a way of "promoting you" and changing your title and responsibilities even though your pay and actual level of freedom remains the same.

      Always hiring great talent. They are a perennial leader in their industry. They really care about their people.

      Cons

      They are incapable of firing people, due to a family oriented culture (unless you're beyond terrible). Not an exciting company to work for.
