      Some of the most talented people I ever had the pleasure of working with. Very solid work life balance. Very 9 - 5 Mon - Fri atmosphere. Mike Pessina is a real leader. Joel Spira would be proud.

      Hampered by politics. You've got 3 or 4 camps under specific VPs and everyone is pandering to executive management.

      Cons

      incompetent management focused only on production goals and profit. you're strung along with promises of new opportunities. non engineering employees are discouraged to give new ideas on processes that could be beneficial to production. low moral.
