      Pros

      Making People Matter Most is their motto- and they strive to do that everyday. The owners are kind and caring as is the management. For such a large company it is still like a big family. The owners know you by name and this company is very encouraging. They always let you know when you do a good job, and they are always there to help when you make mistakes. There is a good work life balance. The pay and benefits are great.

      Not working for the Luttrell family anymore.

      Cons

      Owners are blood sucking leeches that will drain you to the bone and then fire you. Manager have no respect for employees. Low wages, long hours, stressful work
