It's the little things they excel at

Pros

The culture is really fun. Leadership is engaged with their teams, and even encourages internal networking lunches to get to know others within the firm better they wouldn't normally engage with solely based on the type of work or department. Really fun social events like kickball, and Lutz Olympics that get a really good turnout of employees. Donut Fridays. It's the little things that Lutz pays attention to, and hits a homerun on! Good work-life balance and rewarding work!

Accounting work has a designated busy season in any firm.
