-PTO is PTO. Employees are encouraged to NOT contact you during PTO. -Office stocked with free snacks -Coworkers are eager to help learn internal processes -Fully remote and hybrid possible

Cons

-Growing fast, so workload is ocassionally larger than the team can handle. However, management is also good at recognizing when to hire more and expand the team.
