Pros

Base salary was on the level or above the market in my case. An option to relocate. Plus emergency relocation last year. In my case I took the option when the local branch was terminated. The company will also compensate some expenses to affected people. Good health insurance package. I did not feel the company encroach on my personal life. Work\Life balance was good in my case. In case something happens with the project there's a bench period.

Cons

Like always in IT consulting you're at the whim of the product owner and the market. You can get dropped because of circumstances outside your control. Culture or Work\Life balance can vary from project to project. I had not so great experience with Internal Mobility. Currently it's being restructured, so I might have slipped through the cracks.
