      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. Flexible working hours and a solid work-life balance made it easy to manage personal life alongside work.

      Cons

      Client's project assignments felt unstable at times, with little visibility into what was coming next. As a full-stack developer, most of the work stayed backend/Java-focused, limiting opportunities, which narrowed overall growth.

      Pros

      - You will get to work with really good software engineers and good projects as well. - Salaries are okay but not the top of the market, make sure to get the highest possible salary as bonuses are not guaranteed. - Medical insurance is alright

      Cons

      I can write a pages here :D - A LOT of micro management with NO benefits on the business - Bad vision for the upcoming projects - Unstable projects - Communication with management is beyond terrible - NO career growth - NO Raises - NO bonuses

      Pros

      - a relaxed atmosphere - the option to work remotely from Serbia - It depends on the project, but there is a certain degree of stability -especially on projects with open-ended contracts with clients - good work/life balance

      Cons

      - No bonuses, 13th-month salary - They pay market rates (for the consulting industry). But don't expect miracles. - They’re very reluctant to give raises- only once in three years, by a few percentage points, just to keep up with inflation. - Rumor has it that staff numbers are dwindling - people are looking for higher-paying jobs.
