- kind of crowded working environment for some projects (open space office for most employees);
- most positions/jobs/projects are oriented towards Java and C programming (at least in Romania)
- tight deadlines usually mean overtime (some working weekends/ etc.)
- management is not that good in performance and efficiency (a lot of problems come from there);
- ukrainians (as colleagues) are not very organised, are very combative and most times they impose stress on a team;
