Pros

One of the biggest IT companies in Ukraine. Gives a lot of jobs and opportunities. So far I did not fact any difficulties working in Luxoft after 3 years of employment

Cons

The only cons I see is that company is like 99% outsource. I think that for some guys it would be much interesting to work on some products
