Pros
-payment -free days (legal free days in weekend are added in the working day, is added some days from the standard 21 days contract based on you work years) -no interactive interaction, just work less meetings to attend ( more concentrate to production then to lose time one indemnification items )
Cons
- heavy to work with the HR part ( I must wait 4 mounts for some training tools, that says is required ), no clue how to rise tickets , simply put is no interest from them
