      -good salary -interesting project -helpful people -increasing language skills

      Cons

      -no team in office - team consists of people from abroad offices -work from home - problems due to remote desktop

      Not good for tech career growth

      Pros

      - Comfortable place if your work and career are not very important to you (low requirements, social package, relocation assistance, flexible working hours, etc) - Possibility to switch to banking sector in the future (if you are good) - World-wide internal mobility opportunities

      Cons

      - Very stale atmosphere at work - very few active employees that are really interested in software engineering. Beware, it is really contagious! - Most projects are on-site maintenance, so there is no focus on quality and effectiveness. - Bad start of tech career, since there are very few experienced developers and mentors - Quite low overall quality of management - The only way to significantly increase your salary/position is to resign and come back after a while
