Pros
Good medical insurance. Company provide a lot of help in your legalisation process. Internal comunication feels very safe and free, usually there are no secrets between you and group of your manages. No spying software are used to track your work. The company's policy is very loyal to remote work and flexible work schedules. There are a lof of good and interesting project in automotive area.
Cons
Situation with papieworks in a company is quite complicated and unclear. HRs always miss something and rarely can answer your questions. During last few years (2021-2024...) getting a salary raise becomes a real challenge and unfortunately it is not really depends on your skills.
