      Pros

      - Great opportunities for career and professional growth - Interesting projects, many foreign clients - Annual performance appraisal with possibility to change title and salary - Great work/life balance, work from home, flexible hours, vacation - Cooperative management - Great corporate culture - Great professional and friendly staff

      Cons

      - Sometimes they just cut the project budget and put you on rotation to some other project not taking into account employee's preferences (though last years they invented rotation program which I hope will improve the situation)

      Pros

      - A lot of different projects - well saying bad or good about this company is the same as saying good or bad about country by visiting only one city. Different clients, projects and you might have to try your luck to find what you like. - Training center - it's really good if you are interested in gaining new knowledge. - Relocation - there is an opportunity to change your location without leaving company as it has offices in different locations.

      Cons

      - Legacy infrastructure and software - it's cleint's infrastrcuture which is not possible to change or improve, you have to live with it or change project.
