      Salary is good. You can find a really smart guys, but not in all teams :)

      Cons

      Almost everything. The PC are bad, monitors are horrible (could not work with them). They treat you like a slave (if you need something that is your problem)

      Pros

      Good career opportunities, especially if your visibility in the company is high Impressive clients pool ( UBS, Deutsche Bank, HARMAN, Panasonic, etc...) Powerful Luxoft Training Center + several professional schools for managers and technical staff In most cases good management on all levels Global relocation program

      Cons

      Work content depends on the project: sometimes interesting and challenging projects, sometimes just a body shop Work-life balance is on the "work" side :) Compensation management is poor, salary is below average on the market. Offices are overcrowded

      as a Business Analyst you would be more involved in testing rather than requirements gathering/analysis
