      Pros

      - Extremely easy interview - Nice relocation process (was relocated from Russia to Poland)

      Cons

      - Everything is project-dependent. You can have really great project with outstanding management and you can get low-priority project with awful management. - A lot of unqualified people that get high positions. The same goes to the management. Never ever I've seen so many Senior developers with the knowledge of Junior. - Low salaries (comparing to Krakow market)

      Comfortable work places, you can go to another project within company if it got closed or you get bored. Regular teambuildings

      Cons

      Good place for managers not for developers. No path to grow your tech career, a lot of tech training but most of them outdated.
