      Pros

      Company offers stability, professional environment, high level of infrastructure - everything is automated and clear. One of the better places to get a job.

      Cons

      Sometime a person can find environment to be too stable, maybe a little bit stale. but hey - if you can maintain good relationships with colleges you'll be able to devote yourself to whatever path you choose keeping your social position secure.

      Pros

      Internal Mobility really working and is a good thing

      Cons

      Vendor can throw you away in a minute; this can happen due to any reason, including bad budget management by vendor or Luxoft's PMs; after that you will have to virtually start hiring process over again - interviews etc; that's why I named this review "start looking for a next position ASAP" Luxoft managers do not have neither will nor enough influence to change the way it happens.

      - full structured working process - nobody wants you to work overtime - opportunity to growth, but I haven't check it yet

      - working process fully depends on team and customer
