      Good relocation package and support. A lot of trainings (technical, soft skills and language) Possibility to attend many conferences Better processes in comparison to other outsourcing companies Internal mobility - possibility to change project or relocate Mood monitoring A lot of team builds (including family events) Great private medical coverage Clear and smart global strategy Professional administrative staff

      Cons

      1. Everything depends on project. I had one with great team, management and technologies. Another one was terrible (I was able to change only one line of code in 3 months, all the time was wasted on environment support). 2. Mood monitoring exists but it's too rarely to catch an issue. 3. Management works with clients but never with developers 4. If client closes a project you may loose your job in Luxoft
