      Pros

      Relocation opportunities, interesting projects, high level of seniority, good salaries, full social package, nice offices, ability to travel.

      Cons

      Not that many - usual disadvantages of vendor company: main goal is to sell people to customers, which does not always go along with project / customer real needs and values.

      Pros

      This is a good company for people that want to work in corporation that still doesn't know how to utilise potential of their resources.

      Cons

      Managers change, that is a fact in every company but here they are changing to low skilled and unexperienced people that produce more chaos and disappointment. Managers don't know how to lead and what kind of personalities they have in their team.

      Try to find good project here - and you will never regret

      Pros

      Big Company - a number of projects, opportunities, internal training center (Moscow location), good processes. You will raise not only your programming skills, but also IT projects organization knowledge.

      Cons

      There is a risk you enter a bad project. A project which is in some pending state, a project evaluated together with developers from one Asian country (you know), a project with bad management. You never know in advance. Managers will never tell you on interview. Then its time to move on.
