Pros
- huge program flexibility -> there are many project where there is no time tracking for employees - many inside free training programs; the employees have even the oportunity to become trainers for other employees and they (Luxoft) give good amount of extra money for training courses - the appraisals are made annually in many cases with a good salary increase - the mood is relaxed, the people are great
Cons
- sometimes the relationship with the customer becomes uncomfortable - depends on the customer - there are many cases where the employee cannot improve himself by staying for too long in the same project
