      More temporary solution rather than long term perspective

      better money than on market fast and very professional recruitment

      Cons

      lack of opportunities you dedicated to client - you are working in body leasing mode no management support and lack of people management experience when you work on client site being in hired as Luxoft give additional administration work Very hard to change client/project - easier to look for other company very basic IT infrastructure and solutions Huge gap in HR - loosing documents

The practice do try to keep employees up to date with the pipeline of work via updates in the form of monthly updates, and quarterly townhalls, but I will feed this back to them directly. Thank you.
