      Fooled by HR Dept even before joining in singapore

      Pros

      I think they have good banking projects and offered good compensation

      Cons

      They selected me for Singapore client. Took more than 3 months to roll-out offer letter that too after follow-ups. There was no communication from the company about my Visa status as it took 2 months further. They did not inform me of the rejection and I kept emailing them. After 3 months they shoot me an email saying my Visa got rejected.I was jobless by then. If this is the we HR works then , I thank god I didnt join the company.

      - Variety of projects, that change over time or when requested - it might take a while to move, but generally management takes into consideration consultants career objectives when considering for project. - Some projects are unique and technologically challenging. - Friendly and helpful people. - Excelian supports and encourage consultants self-development initiatives; conferences, trainings, supports certification. - Vast library of online resources for studying. - Professional approach and focus on great service delivery combined with relaxed culture - No bureaucracy and unnecessary processes - things get done. - Approachable top management with clear objectives. - Benefits - Breakfasts, socials, beers and cakes on friday - Opportunities for travel

      Cons

      - little opportunities for project management - no recognition of personal/professional achievements - project carried out at customer sites - knowledge management, base and sharing practically does not exists - consultants have limited view of the projects others than their own

      good company to work in they care about people working for them you will get salary on time, you will get international projects, you will work for biggest companies

      Cons

      you will get international projects, you will work for biggest companies (outsoursing, low-mid quality 10+ years legacy applications)
