+As a big company has certain level of beuracraucy

Luxoft often likes to repeat that the most valuable for company are the people and the expertise. Which source actually Luxoft people are. But this is not how the thing are going. At least in Ukraine. Most confusing for me was company’s management which has all signs of typical post-soviet leadership style: to give all to obtain a max short-term income. The most visible outcome of this practice is a huge amount of unclearness, hidden decisions, miscommunications, nervous conditions, hazy perspectives and staff turnover. Further this results in the next important thing – personal work results of the employee do not get any recognition. And this results on the even more important thing – career growth and success in Luxoft doesn’t depends on the success results/performance/knowledge/best applied practices of employee. And this closes the circle.
