      Good salaries for relevant knowledge and experience

      Most likely you will work with remote managers who don't really care about you. Company will try find you another project after end of a previous one, but won't offer to many options

      - Depends on projects of course, but in Luxoft you can learn and growth quickly - Good opportunities to gain interesting experience and improve your management skills - Opportunities to be as a part of Global team which means that you can change the project and/or relocate to others offices/countries with minimum effort

      Cons

      As Luxoft provides more consulting and offshoring resources to the clients some decisions and ideas, especially technical, cannot be applied very quick and fast

      The worst management I've ever seen

      Actually nothing much to write in pros. Average salary on market, which is not a plus. Just mostly like any other employer on the market.

      Cons

      * The worst management I've ever seen - try to gt out of people as much as they can without corresponding compensation * Agile methodologies - is just a fancy word inside company, noone really knows what does it mean. Here is example - M - Manager, E - Employee. M - Please estimate this task. E - It will take 10 days. M - That is to much, should be ready in 3 days. E - But we are not going to be able to finish it in 3 days. M - It doesn't matter. * For every move - you need to raise a ticket * Most of projects are 7-10 years old, it is really hard to find interesting to task. * Even new projects for some reason like to stick to technologies that are 3-5 years old Definitely not recommend to anyone.
