      Pros

      Good atmosphere and management. If you're good to work with burraucratic customers, the rest is very good in luxoft

      Cons

      Bad on salary negotiations, too many lazy people strangely passed incoming HR filter.

      Big company. Big distributed command. The technology stack depends on the project. Possibility to move across the countries thru internal mobility.

      Cons

      If project ends they suggest you participate in another one, and new it may don't fit you at all.
