      Luxoft is not the worst place to work in Moscow but is not the best one. Is typical outsourcing\outstaffing company.

      Pros

      - possibility to work for large international customers (in most cases this is a large banks) - possibility of "rotation" (from one project to another or from one customer to another) - possibility of relocation (to another country where the Luxoft offices are presented)

      Cons

      - low salary. - no bonuses. - managers are not interested in project development.

      Good place to get fun and relax

      Pros

      A lot of projects allows to get an experience in different areas and to use various technologies. Usually managers are friendly and company provides great work/life balance. The good salary comppensation in low-cost locations such as Omsk, Dnepro and others.

      Cons

      Some times there are no enough challenge and low efficiency of the process. The carrier promotion of technical people is not transparent. Usually customers do not involve outsourcers into the technology challenged and business critical projects.
