      social package (medical insurance etc), flexible schedule, good possibility to change project, program or even location, adequate salary, lots of customers, ability of quick growth and change a direction of development

      management in some projects (frequently project managers are promoted from testers/developers/analysts and have no enough experience or skills for the position)
