      Growing, but is it a healthy growth?

      Pros

      Quite dynamic. Attempts to create a pleasant work environment. Has interesting clients and contracts. Decent salaries.

      Cons

      There seems to be some contradiction between what top management wants and what the middle-management wants. The main problem is some would not do their best to share knowledge, most likely for fear they may have to relocate to another country or lose their job. This is the main problem having in view the desire of top management to create development centers in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria besides those in Ukraine and Russia.

      A lot of positions in eastern europe. Free of charge internal trainings.

      Cons

      Low salary (salaries posted here are wrong and higher than actually you can have). You will work on vendor side, which adds a lot of specifics.

      Nice atmosphere, nice people , reasonable amount of tasks but the work is repetitive and a little boring. It is a nice place to work if you want to stay relaxed and to have slow but constant professional grow. Great place for entry level but not only.

      Cons

      Salary is low. Sometime the work can be boring.
