      Pros

      fast changing environment, challenging sales and finance goals, ability to learn on real business cases, communication with many people from many countries

      Cons

      life-balance was destroyed, body shopping as sales model, limited investment into office, no mercy during cost and people cut projects.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to grow within the vertical, or horizontally. After Global Mobility introduction even more opoortunities to get secondment abroad. Interesting trends for solutions and product development. Large investments in R@D in St.Pete office.

      Cons

      Much client dependancy: technical and magagerial in some cases.
